Discount Guard Pro Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Discount Guard Pro (the "App"), a Shopify application provided by CrispShift ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.

By accessing, installing, or using Discount Guard Pro, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the Shopify store and business entity on whose behalf you are acting.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

Discount Guard Pro helps Shopify merchants create, manage, and protect discount campaigns, including product, order, and shipping promotions, with eligibility controls and revenue protection features.

The App is provided as a software tool. Results may vary based on your store configuration, Shopify plan, theme, third-party apps, and campaign setup.

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a valid Shopify store to use the App.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws, Shopify policies, and your own store terms.

To function, the App requires permissions granted during installation. These permissions allow the App to read and manage discount-related data and perform actions necessary for campaign management and protection.

You authorize CrispShift to access your Shopify store data only as needed to provide App functionality, support, billing, and security.

You are responsible for configuring campaigns correctly, reviewing discount behavior before launch, and ensuring promotions comply with your business policies and applicable regulations.

You must maintain accurate store information, secure account access, and promptly review any warnings, sync errors, or campaign validation messages shown in the App.

Certain features of Discount Guard Pro may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented within the Shopify App Store or in-app billing interface at the time of purchase.

Subscription charges are processed through Shopify's billing system unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

If a free trial is offered, trial length and included features will be displayed during signup. At the end of the trial, your subscription may convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or use it in a way that violates Shopify policies or applicable law.

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every discount scenario in every store configuration will be supported.

You are solely responsible for the discounts, codes, eligibility rules, and promotional messaging configured through your store and the App.

CrispShift is not responsible for revenue loss, customer disputes, or compliance issues arising from misconfigured campaigns, conflicting third-party apps, or changes in Shopify platform behavior.

Our collection and use of data related to the App is described in the Discount Guard Pro Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you acknowledge that certain store, order, and customer-related data may be processed to deliver campaign management, analytics, billing, and support features.

The App integrates with Shopify and may interact with other third-party services you enable in your store.

CrispShift is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party platforms or apps outside our reasonable control.

We aim to provide reliable service and responsive support, but maintenance, platform updates, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect App availability.

Support is available via support@crispshift.com during standard business hours unless otherwise communicated.

CrispShift retains all rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business purposes while your subscription or authorized access remains active.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrispShift shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, subject to any data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
